Staying at this hotel was a great experience for me. The service was outstanding; the check-in staff really went above and beyond, even offering me cold water and cookies. The location, while a bit away from the popular Old Town area in east Pasadena, was still very convenient for my needs. The dining options were above average with plenty of healthy choices available. Overall, a very pleasant stay with exceptional service and cleanliness.
